Initial Consultation
After scheduling a consultation call, you’ll hop on a video chat with Kelcee. We’ll discuss your elopement vision, answer your questions, and begin building a lifelong friendship along the way.
Secure Your Date
Once your date is officially booked on our calendar, Kelcee will send you a super fun questionnaire so she can learn more about your elopement vision and scout the best locations that match your unique personalities and wedding dreams for you to get married at!
PLAN YOUR WHOLE ELOPEMENT!
After receiving your questionnaire, Kelcee will begin planning your entire elopement. You won’t have to worry about a thing, except booking lodging, finding the perfect wedding attire, and reach out to other vendors. We’ll handle everything else:

You’ll get a custom location list of the best elopement locations that matches your wedding vision.
RECCOMEND THE BEST VENDORS
After picking out your favorite elopement location(s) you’ll receive a personalized list of our favorite and trusted local vendors to help bring your elopement day together: florists, hair & makeup artists, private chefs, helicopter pilots, and more!

You (and your friends & family) will be able to order discounted prints from your online photo gallery to hang on your walls to relive your special day everyday. When we mention a full day elopement we don’t mean 12+ hours of non-stop photo & video coverage
Listen, we get it. Having a camera in your face for 12+ hours during your elopement sounds like a terrible idea.
But we promise you this, you’re not signing up for an all day photoshoot, because that’s not what your elopement is. You’re signing up for the adventure of a lifetime marrying your best friend and we get to be by your side photographing it all!
HERE’S WHAT YOUR DAY COULD LOOK LIKE:

- 3am — Wake up. Meet with photographer & videographer
- 3:45am — Drive up to trailhead. Get ready on sides of cars.
- 4am — First look.
- 4:15am — Hike up to top of mountain with headlamps.
- 4:45am — Blue hour begins. Share vows.
- 5am — Watch sun rise. Golden hour begins. Take morning portraits.
- 6am — Hike down mountain. Head back to Airbnb.

- 3:30pm — Drive to ceremony location.
- 4pm — Ceremony begins.
- 4:30pm — Ceremony ends. Portraits begin.
- 6:30pm — Dinner with family.
- 7:30pm — Depart from dinner to take photos & watch sunset.
- 8:30pm — Stargaze & galaxy portraits.
- 10pm — Photographer & Videographer depart.
SUNSET HELICOPTER ELOPEMENT
(10 hours)
- 12pm — Getting ready begins – hair & makeup and getting ready photos in Airbnb.
- 2pm — Write private vows.
- 2:15pm — First look outside of Airbnb. Spend time together. Head towards helipad.
- 4:15pm — Photographer, videographer, & helicopter pilot sign marriage license. Take off fly over elopement location.
- 5:30pm — Land on helicopter scenic view. Share vows, celebrate with champagne, and watch the sunset.
- 7:15pm — Fly back to helipad. Drive to Airbnb for dinner.
- 8pm — A private chef cooks dinner. Enjoy personal time together under the stars & roast smores.
- 10pm — Photographer & videographer depart.
