Your Elopement Videography Process

1. Reach Out

Fill out my contact form, and we’ll schedule a video call to chat about your elopement vision, go over any questions, and pick out the best elopement package for you.

2. WE START PLANNING

Once you’re booked on my calendar, we’ll plan the logistics of finding your elopement location, planning your adventure activities, and creating a detailed timeline of your best day ever.

3. CELEBRATE YOUR WEDDING DAY

You’ll get married watching everything you’ve dreamed come to life and experience the “I can’t believe we’re doing this” feels.

4. RELIVE YOUR BEST DAY EVER

You’ll receive your elopement highlight film, full ceremony film, and any add-ons within 10 weeks.

5. REWATCH AND SHARE YOUR ELOPEMENT FILMS

Your elopement deserves to be shared with the world! Your elopement film is easily accessible for your friends and family to watch and to share on social media. Or, host a watch party at your elopement after party!

6. LIFETIME FRIENDSHIP

After your wedding films has been delivered, we’ll stay connected over social media and become friends / adventure buddies for life. I’m down to explore whenever with you!

I book elopements up to 16 months in advance. It is always best to book your wedding photographer, videographer, and other vendors as soon as possible!

If you’re planning an elopement last minute please feel free to reach out, I might be available. I take on a limited number of weddings each season to give my couples the best wedding experience possible and my full attention.

That depends on a few factors; like what you want to do and during your elopement, how many guests you want to invite, and where you want to elope.

During our consult call we’ll go over your elopement vision and help decide how much coverage your day will need.

Unless there is a major weather condition, road closures, or event that would make it unsafe to elope then we would continue with your elopement to your pre-planned backup location. We will change your elopement time or date if the unsafe conditions continue.

Weeks leading up to your elopement date I will be keeping an eye on the weather and road conditions and keep you updated on any changes that may affect your elopement plans!

Here at Escape and Adventure, we offer an all-encompassing experience during your elopement elopement tailored to your unique love story and wedding vision. From capturing intimate moments against stunning natural backdrops to including adventurous activities, we ensure that your day is filled with unforgettable experiences.

Whether it’s hiking to a breathtaking viewpoint, exchanging vows in a secluded forest, or simply embracing the serenity of nature, we’re dedicated to creating a day that reflects your personalities and celebrates your love in the most meaningful way possible.

Let me draw a picture for you:
– You wake up before the sun rises, getting ready with only a headlamp as your light source.
– You take a nap on a hammock or tent in the middle of a forest after exchanging vows on the cliffside
– Watch the sun set in a hot air balloon
– Have dinner cooked by a private chef in your airBnB

I only take a limited number of elopements outside of Sedona, Arizona, or SW Utah. If you’re planning a destination wedding, contact me for more information.

If you have no idea what you want your elopement to look like or where specifically you want to elope, I’ll help you with all of the planning!

Having a general region in mind is always helpful, but don’t worry about the details and specifics before our consult call.

Ideally if you are wanting to celebrate your wedding day outdoors in a beautiful location I recommend 15 people or less. This is because some public lands do not allow a large amount of people in one area and follow Leave No Trace, so the less people you have with you the easier it is to be approved for a permit.

This does not mean you should be limited on how many people can attend. If you want to have more than 15 people I recommend having an intimate wedding at a venue, a private home, a winery, or your favorite restaurant with private space.

You are absolutely welcome to bring your dog, cat, bird, snake, horse, to any adventure!

I do request you let me know if you plan to bring your pet as soon as possible. Some locations do not allow animals or may not be suitable for your pet to adventure with us.

Your wedding day is the day you commit your love to each other forever. Just because you signed your marriage license already doesn’t mean you can’t get married the way you want!
